HOW DO I UPDATE OR OPT-OUT OF PROVIDING MY INFORMATION?
Visit any form within an app and click/tap "Update Information Above", update the information, and click/tap "Register". You will then be sent a confirmation code. Upon entering your confirmation code your information will be updated.

DO WE USE COOKIES?
